I’m Lauren.
And I’m Krista. 

Lauren is an art director turned copywriter. While she still loves making art (she’s taken a bunch of leatherworking classes) she loves writing even more — especially jokes that she then performs on stage. When she’s not creating, she’s a kayak tour guide, rock climber, and kickball umpire. Basically, if it’s outside, she’s there.

Krista is a mathematician turned art director. She even has the degree to prove it. She still loves solving problems, but now uses art and creativity instead of numbers and equations to do it. In her free time, she loves embroidering, puzzling, going to musicals, and taking random classes.

We’ve been working together for 7 years, after meeting in grad school at the Brandcenter. Since then, we’ve been pretty much inseparable. We were roomies when we first moved to Chicago, we swam with the turtles together in the Galapagos, and, of course, we’ve made some cool work together as a team.
